Orders containing a single Thread Cutterz Ring ship for $1.50

Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $20 USD

Typical delivery time is 3–5 business days, but delivery may take up to 14 days due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax (currently 8.25%) will be collected on orders shipped to Texas, as required by law

International Shipping
We offer USPS First Class International and USPS Priority International shipping to most countries worldwide.

Carrier Delays & Force Majeure
Thread Cutterz is not liable for shipping delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Supply chain interruptions
Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and handling are outside our control.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Thread Cutterz is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs

If a carrier intercept or address correction fee is charged, those costs will be passed on to the customer
Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.
Undeliverable & Refused Packages
If a package is returned to us due to:

Refusal by recipient

Failure to claim delivery

Customs rejection
Any original shipping fees are non-refundable, and additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Remote & Non-Serviceable Locations
Some destinations may be considered remote or non-serviceable by shipping carriers.
Thread Cutterz reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

Cancel and refund orders that cannot be reasonably shipped

Packaging & Sustainability
To reduce waste and conserve natural resources, Thread Cutterz may reuse clean, structurally sound boxes and packing materials whenever possible. Minor cosmetic markings on packaging do not affect product quality.

At Thread Cutterz, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be confident in every purchase. Please review the policy below carefully, as it outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
General Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, including original packaging.

Items showing signs of wear, misuse, alteration, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon arrival:

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds for defective items are issued at Thread Cutterz’ discretion.
Return Process

Once approved, return the item at your expense using a trackable shipping method.

Thread Cutterz is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for your financial institution to post the refund.
Thread Cutterz reserves the right to deny refunds for items returned outside the policy guidelines.
Exchanges

If an exchanged item is unavailable, we may issue a refund or offer an alternative at our discretion.
Shipping Errors
If we made an error in fulfilling your order, please notify us within 7 days of delivery, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Abuse & Policy Enforcement
Thread Cutterz reserves the right to refuse returns, exchanges, or refunds in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, excessive returns, or violation of this policy.
