Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.)

    • Orders containing a single Thread Cutterz Ring ship for $1.50

    • Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $20 USD

    • Typical delivery time is 3–5 business days, but delivery may take up to 14 days due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control

  • Sales Tax

    • Applicable sales tax (currently 8.25%) will be collected on orders shipped to Texas, as required by law

International Shipping

We offer USPS First Class International and USPS Priority International shipping to most countries worldwide.

Important international shipping disclosures:

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or VAT

  • These fees are not included in your order total and are the sole responsibility of the customer

  • Thread Cutterz does not control or estimate customs fees and cannot reimburse them

  • We recommend checking with your local postal service or customs authority before ordering

Thread Cutterz is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by customs processing

  • Packages held, refused, or seized by customs authorities

  • Additional charges resulting from customs clearance

  • Lost or delayed packages once they are in the possession of the carrier

For tracking or expedited international shipping, please contact us before placing your order.

Carrier Delays & Force Majeure

Thread Cutterz is not liable for shipping delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Weather events

  • Natural disasters

  • Customs delays

  • Labor strikes

  • Acts of government

  • Supply chain interruptions

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and handling are outside our control.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

  • Thread Cutterz is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs

  • If a carrier intercept or address correction fee is charged, those costs will be passed on to the customer

Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

Undeliverable & Refused Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Refusal by recipient

  • Failure to claim delivery

  • Customs rejection

Any original shipping fees are non-refundable, and additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Remote & Non-Serviceable Locations

Some destinations may be considered remote or non-serviceable by shipping carriers.

Thread Cutterz reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

  • Cancel and refund orders that cannot be reasonably shipped

  • Modify shipping methods if required by the carrier

Packaging & Sustainability

To reduce waste and conserve natural resources, Thread Cutterz may reuse clean, structurally sound boxes and packing materials whenever possible. Minor cosmetic markings on packaging do not affect product quality.
