Class Action Waiver

YOU AND THREAD CUTTERZ AGREE THAT ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

Exceptions

This section does not apply to:

  • Intellectual property enforcement

  • Trademark, patent, or copyright disputes

  • Small claims court actions
